We have to deal with our fears at many times and in many situations Throughout our life. These fears move on several levels: how we relate to the physical world, to our social existence, to our own inner psyche and to the spiritual dimension of our existence.

We may feel that we are somehow stuck in our life. Or we may feel suffocated by the fact that we cannot exist in the present: we are either dwelling on the past or worrying about the future. We may feel that nothing makes sense.
