Psychologist

Throughout our lives, we may all face situations where, after long attempts to find a solution, we realise that we are stuck and need outside help. Recognising that we are stuck and then seeking help is perhaps one of the most difficult, yet most important, steps to take on the road to a happier, more balanced life.

The counselling process helps us to become more aware of our thoughts, feelings, actions, relationships and current life situations. I believe that energy invested in self-awareness always pays off.  It is important to me that people who come to me feel safe in an atmosphere where they can share their current problems with a calm heart. I also place emphasis on recognising and affirming the strengths and values of the individual alongside the difficulties.

I welcome adults to come to me with issues related to life management, relationships, parenting, work difficulties, stress management, self-awareness, identity and procrastination. I can help children and adolescents with behavioural and emotional difficulties, anxiety problems, and I also welcome people with self-awareness issues, adjustment and social difficulties, stress and anger management, identity issues.

I graduated as a psychologist from Pázmány Péter Catholic University. I have extensive experience working with children and students with special educational needs. In my counselling work I mainly use the method of cognitive behavioural therapy, which I have acquired in the training programme of the VIKOTE Centre for Cognitive and Somatotherapy.
