Psychologist, Scheme Consultant Candidate, Autogenic Training Instructor
I am Krisztina Dzsida, psychologist and economist. I graduated from the Károli Gáspár Reformed Church University with a specialisation in adult clinical and health psychology. In addition, I learned the basics of sports psychology, the relaxation method of autogenic training, and took part in schema therapy consultant training. I do my work with continuous supervision and further training.
I gained experience as a psychologist at the Health Development Office in Szentendre and at the Nyugizóna Foundation, where I mostly worked on psychological projects for companies: burnout prevention, stress management workshops, lectures, psychosocial risk assessment, management support line, individual consultations.
In today's fast-paced, dematerialised, globalised world, I see that although many people appear to be successful on the outside, more and more people are experiencing anxiety, loneliness, and lack of understanding inside. It is difficult to find true values in this performance-focused world and to keep them in mind and live them in our everyday life... It is difficult to meet the many challenges, tasks and roles... It is difficult to create and maintain real, intimate relationships... It is difficult to slow down in this flood of information, to look inward and be fully present in the moment.
With my psychological knowledge, I want to help you in all of this, providing a safe therapeutic space where you have the opportunity to pay attention to yourself, to feel that you are capable of change and you also have the opportunity to live a more satisfied and balanced life.
