Dóra Diviki, Family consultant in training

 Family Consultant Candidate

I graduated as a social pedagogue from Pázmány Péter Catholic University. After graduating, I started working with families in the framework of social assistance work, including legal and psychological counselling and other services and benefits. I helped families to develop their ability to relate to each other, mainly because of problems with child-rearing, schooling, relationship difficulties and divorce conflicts.

In September 2021, I started my studies at Wesley János College in Family Counselling, where I mastered the different family therapy trends and their methods, and I provide systemic family and couple counselling with supervision together with family therapists who have already graduated or are in training.

I have a degree in English and I have lived in England before, so I also welcome applications from couples and families where one of the members is a non-Hungarian speaking foreigner.

I can you help in:

relationship conflicts, communication difficulties;

divorce crisis;

parent-child conflicts;

exploring the family’s resources, strengths;

understanding family patterns.

I welcome couples and families who would like to be helped to develop their relationship skills in an accepting & safe environment, by looking at patterns that influence their relationship and family functioning.
