Family and Couple Therapis in Training, Coach, OD Consultant
I work with families and couples in an accepting, safe, and constructive atmosphere, where we seek to find new perspectives, understanding, and opportunities for growth in their relationships. I have more than 25 years of experience in organizational development as a sociologist, during which I have supported leaders, teams, and organizations in their development. For 15 years, I have also been conducting Gestalt-based coaching, in which conscious presence, responsibility, and the recognition of relationship patterns play a central role. Complementing this knowledge and approach, I began to study and practice family and couples therapy, as a systemic approach is crucial in both organizational and family functioning.
Areas of expertise:
- Dealing with relationship conflicts and communication difficulties
- Divorce crisis
- Child-rearing issues and family dynamics
- Mapping resources and family patterns
- Processing the difficulties of those living in typical and atypical family types
- Developing relationship and emotional awareness
My work is based on a combination of a systemic, and the Gestalt approach. I believe that relationship and family difficulties cannot be understood in isolation, but rather within the dynamics of the system as a whole. During my consultations, conscious attention to the present, honest dialogue, and the mobilization of resources will help my clients develop more harmonious and authentic relationships with themselves and with each other.
