Change is a natural part of our lives – ups and downs are inevitable, and these can sometimes be challenging for all of us. There are times when we cannot cope with new situations on our own, and other times when we feel that we are standing in the way of our own development. I would like to offer you help in such situations.

Working together, I strive not only to understand your difficulties, but also to strengthen your coping skills and develop your inner balance and mental flexibility. I believe in the power of continuous development and change, and that every person is capable of getting closer to themselves and discovering their own happiness again and again.

In terms of my professional toolbox, I strive to work in an integrative manner, tailored to my clients, always keeping their individual needs and goals in mind. My approach has been greatly influenced by Eastern philosophies and teachings, and the study of dynamic-analytical schools of psychology has always had a profound impact on me.
