Psychologist, Family Therapist in Training

As a psychologist, my professional calling and passion is to understand, support and develop human relationships and family dynamics.

I believe that individuals and their families do not exist in isolation, but are interconnected in complex relationships that play a key role in shaping our lives. Thus, to understand and address conflicts and symptoms, we not only look at the individuals' own internal experiences, but also work together to explore the interactions and relationship patterns in which the problems arise.

I try to help couples and family members to understand each other's perspectives and feelings, and also to help them to recognise the hidden dynamics that may lie behind their blockages. Trust and empathy are important values in my work. It is essential to create a safe and inclusive environment where all participants can share their thoughts, feelings and insights with confidence. Every family and couple is unique, so my approach to them is flexible and adaptable.

My goal is for family/couple members to become stronger, able to communicate more effectively, resolve conflicts, and support each other in all areas of life.
